Order Requests
When you are low on inventory you need to submit an order request. Send an email to the right people to get more products to your customer using the Ord Request feature.
Getting Started:
Go to the top level navigation under the Inventory section
Click on Inventory Reorder List button
Creating an Order:
Make sure you have a system selected to interact with the feature
Click Create Order in the top left
Inventory Order Page:
The order page has the inventory available on the system.
Enter a PO Number and an account number if applicable
Enter the amount of product you want to reorder on each line item. Note, you cannot order more than the maximum amount.
Select the unit you are ordering the product in.
By default the container is not drumless. Toggle the Drumless button if desired and enter the drum size.
You can add a note to the order as well.
Click Next when you are ready to email the request
Email Distribution List:
A list of available internal contacts and customer contacts can be selected
An open CC and BCC field are also available
Enter an email Subject and Message
Click Save to send the form
Order Request List View:
After submitting you are taken back to the list view of your order requests
You can click on a line item to view the order
You can click on the email icon to resend the order
