Product List

View and Manage Your Inventory Products in Aliquot.

Master Product List Interface: The Master Product List displays a comprehensive list of all products added to your client ("My Organization"). The list can be filtered to show any products currently in-active and can be used to search with the search bar at the top of the list.

Accessing the Master Product List:



  1. Launch Aliquot: Log into Aliquot using the browser of your choice.

    • We recommend Chrome, Edge, or Safari for the best compatibility.

  2. Inventory: Navigate to the "Inventory" section at the top of the screen.

  3. Select Product List: Click on the "Product List" option.




  • Under the master product list, you can search by product name

  • Filter active and in-active products.

  • Delete products

  • Edit Products

    • Change product details

    • Upload/update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) or Product Data Sheets (PDS)

  • Add in SKUs by hitting Create Product

Product Details

Here are the required details you will need in advance to add a product in the main inventory list:

  • SKU

  • Product Name

  • Description

  • Package

  • Counted as

  • Unit of Measurement

Below are the product details with their corresponding definitions.

SKU

  • Each product has a unique SKU

Product Name

  • Item name as listed on the packaging

Description

  • Details of the product : For example, chemical, Pump etc

Active Toggle Button is on by default

  • Ensure it remains active if you just added it in.

Package

  • How the product is stored.

  • What does it arrive onsite in?

    An example is a 'pallet or bottle'

Counted as

  • How is the inventory summarized?
    An example is 'counted as box or case'

Unit of Measurement

  • Standardized quantity ( Boxes, Cases, Gallon, Drum etc)

Density

  • Mass per volume

  • Not required field - optional

Files

  • Upload any required Safety Data Sheets (SDS) or the Product Data Sheets (PDS) after entering and saving the product information first.

Save or Cancel

  • Hit Save Product to upload changes or hit Cancel to undo
