Aliquot allows you to add inventory tracking to your reports. On the reports you can input amount of inventory for that system location, review if you need to reorder, and set up reorders.
Log into Aliquot: Open the Aliquot Software Application.
Navigate to New Report: Go to the New Report section.
Create Report
Fill out the hierarchy under the Report Location section down to the system layer.
Report Type
Choose a template from the drop down.
Choose if the report is Service, Operator or Visit.
Report Header
Add in a Report Title
All reports must have a designated name ( this is a required field)
Toggle on the summary options as needed
Under Inventory Settings , Toggle on "Enable Inventory
-Enable Inventory to start the report tracking and toggle on inventory options
On the next page, you will find a list of your inventory based on the system's components and inventory.
Report Layout
Notice that the report is still in draft mode.
The Show Estimation toggle option is also available in the report layout.
Input the amount of inventory present.
Confirm reorder and the amount being ordered.
Using one chemical, HA7200-H, we can see the inventory is broken up by the product and the location for that product.
Location is where the product is stores.
Input the Amount currently onsite, notice the system compares the Amount to the minimal amount you can have.
It flags when thresholds are hit.
Previous Date Taken shows the last time the test was done.
Delivery shows what it arrives in.
Days between inventory
Average Daily is how much is used.
Days Remaining and the Days Alarm, if configured for it, will list out the alarm.
Save as a draft or a final Report.
