Inventory Overview
Aliquot allows you to track and order inventory. The Inventory feature allows users to capture and configure projected product usage rates and reorder alerts to improve workflow.
Accessing Inventory
Log into Aliquot: Open the Aliquot Software Application.
Navigate to Inventory Go to the Inventory Section.
Select what corresponding section you need.
Product List: Displays all products added to your organization.
System Inventory: Shows the inventory for selected system.
Inventory Reorder List: Reorder and track previous orders.
System Meters: Measures usage at a site.
Inventory Summary: Summary report of your inventory
Meter Summary: Summary of all your meters
Product List
From the Product List, you can search by product name
Filter active and in-active products
Delete products
Edit Products
Change product details
Upload/update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) or Product Data Sheets (PDS)
And add new SKUs by hitting Create Product
Information you'll need ahead of time if you choose to add to the master product list:
SKU
Product Name
Description
Package
Counted as
Unit of Measurement
System Inventory
Lists out the SKU number and the Product name.
It's physical Location on site.
Counted As (i.e., volume, weight)
Maximum amount to have on hand, the Minimum amount to have on hand, and how much is actually On Hand.
Viewing attached SDS or PDS files for the selected product.
You can delete the inventory or edit the inventory products and details using the icons on the right.

Inventory Reorder List
Shows product names at a designated location on site when filtered.

System Meters
Where you can edit and create Meters.
Lists out Meters used by Location, including the Max Daily Total and units of measurement.

Inventory Summary
Allows you to generate a report showing Usage Trends and Usage by month for the past year.
Requires populating the hierarchy down to the system level.
Meter Summary
Allows you to generate a report showing Usage Trends and Usage by month for the past year.

Aliquot provides reports on current inventory levels and usage of different items. Automatic alerts can be set up to notify specific users when it's time to reorder or when levels are getting critically low.
