Inventory Overview
Aliquot allows you to track and order inventory. Inventory allows users to configure projected usage rates and reorder alerts to improve workflow.
Accessing Inventory
Log into Aliquot: Open the Aliquot Software Application.
Navigate to Inventory Go to the Inventory Section.
Select what corresponding section you need.
System Inventory: Shows the inventory for selected system.
Inventory Reorder List: Reorder and track previous orders.
Product List: Displays all products added to your organization.
System Meters: Measures usage at a site.
System Inventory
Lists out the SKU number and the Product name.
It's physical Location on site.
Counted As (i.e., volume, weight)
Maximum amount to have on hand, the Minimum amount to have on hand, and how much is actually On Hand.
You can delete the inventory or edit the inventory products and details using the icons on the right.

Product List
From the Master Product List, you can search by product name
Filter active and in-active products
Delete products
Edit Products
Change product details
Upload/update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) or Product Data Sheets (PDS)
And add new SKUs by hitting Create Product

Inventory Reorder List
Gives product names at a designated location on site when filtered.
PO Numbers and Request Dates are found here.
System Meters
Where you can edit and create Meters.
Lists out Meters used by Location, including the Max Daily Total and units of measurement.

Summary
Aliquot provides reports on current inventory levels and usage of different items. Automatic alerts can be set up to notify specific users when it's time to reorder or when levels are getting critically low.
