Inventory Summary

After you’ve added products to the Product list, set up system inventory, and recorded report data for the inventory, you can generate an Inventory Summary report. The inventory summary breaks down usage over time based on your inventory readings. This includes both manually entered readings and controller readings.

Getting Started:

Navigate to the inventory section on the top-level navigation.

Click "Inventory Summary" in the menu.

Be sure to have a system selected in order to interact with the feature options.

Inventory Summary Options:

Choose the date range where you have inventory readings you want to see usage for

Next, Select which products you want to see usage for. They are all on by default.

Lastly, click "Generate Report"

Inventory Summary Report:

  • On the report header we see the location and date range chosen.

  • Each product has its own section breakdown.

In the breakdown you can see:

  • Number of days

  • Total Used

  • Average Daily Usage

  • Estimated Annual Usage

  • Unit of Measurement

The graph breaks down the total usage by month

Sharing the Report:

When you are ready, you can click "Preview PDF"

On the PDF view, you have options to share, print, or download the pdf view.
