Customer breakdowns, orders and graphs

The Customers Menu gives you options to create, update, and edit your customers' information.

  • Customer List

  • Customer Contacts

  • Customer Controllers

  • Customer Schedules

Accessing Components and Tests:

  1. Log into Aliquot: Open the Aliquot Software Application.

  2. Navigate to Customers: Go to the Customers section.


Customer List

  • Lists out all customers by ID, Name, and Account number.

  • Filer by Active and In-Active status.

  • Create Customers and Clone Customers in top left.

Customer Window: Clicking on a customer shows their address and report information

Customer Contacts

  • Customer contact information is listed here.

    • Name for the Point of Contact

    • Phone #

    • Email address.

  • Edit or delete contact information

  • Create Contact using the icon in the right

Create Contact

  • Input user's Contact Details, Phone Numbers, and Address information

  • Option to assign the user product order notifications.

  • Set up report notifications for the contact if they receive the reports via email.

Customer Controllers

  • Customer controllers will be listed out.

  • Name, S/N, Component, and Connection status are listed out.

  • Edit controllers by line and check their status.

Create Controller

  • Filter Controller section on the left-hand side.

    • Get to the System section.

  • Create Controller will activate. Click it.

  • Fill out controller information.

    • Controller Name (required)

    • Serial number (found on the device itself)

    • Component info

      • This whatever the controller is metering.

    • Connection type: IP address is typical.

      • Certain customers will have known exceptions.

    • Data type: Default or pay by Usage

    • Manufacturer- which brand of controller you have.

The below example shows a blank and filled out controller set up.
Verify that the data entries follow the required format and contain accurate details.

Customer Schedules

  • List displays the company, and the manager & sales rep assigned to them.

  • Customer schedule being built will show as In Progress.

  • Visually see if Services are Met

  • Filter Schedules on the left

  • Filter by year; add or remove months.

  • Search by manager or sales rep.

As seen in other sections, clicking on a customer brings up the Customer Window.


Customer Window

Not a subsection of the Customers tab but appears for each customer across the Customer screens.

Details Tab

  • Shows:

    • Address

    • Final reports vs. last month

    • Draft reports vs. last month

    Visual Summary:

    • Breakdown of reports over 6 months

Schedules Tab

  • Schedules Tab shows users overseeing the schedule.

  • Activate/deactivate months.

  • Adjust the Report Type for each month.


The Customers Dashboard allows you to create, update, and edit customer information. You can also adjust report types, schedules, and assign managers and sales reps. For more detailed guides, refer to the linked articles or consult FIN.
