Customer Schedules

Setting up and reviewing Customer Schedules in Aliquot. Reviewing Schedule frequency and duration along with scheduling different types of reports. Assigning schedules to individuals and managers.

Customer Schedule List

  1. Launch Aliquot: Log into Aliquot using the browser of your choice.

    • We recommend Chrome, Edge, or Safari for the best compatibility.

  2. Customers: Navigate to the "Customers" section at the top of the screen.



  3. Customer Schedules: Click on the "Customer Schedules" section under the ribbon.

This brings up the Customer Schedule List

Customer Schedule List

  • Lists customers here.

  • Shows Manager and Sales Rep for the company

  • It outlines the report schedule completion in progress

  • Indicates if the customer's report schedule was completed on time (Service Met)

  • View historic schedules by year and date using the left-hand filter.


Single Customer

Schedules

  • Click on a customer to bring up their Schedules.

  • The Customer Window shows:

    • Customer's manager and sales rep

    • Service by month

      • Blue months selected in the filter (left side), are active on the schedule

  • Unassigned users can be assigned to the customer manager

You can set up schedules by month as needed. Each active month requires a report type assignment. Report types for each month include Service, Operator, Lab, Visit, Checklist and Survey Reports.


Reviewing Schedules

  • Click on any listed scheduled System.

  • Notice the System(s) selected at the bottom. This indicates which System(s) the schedule is assigned to.

  • If no Systems are shown on the right, you can click on any unassigned ones from the left side.

Single Customer

Details

Customer details will show up under the Details tab.

This includes:

  • Address

  • Final reports and drafts.

  • Customer Analytics for the past 6 months

History

The History tab shows schedule compliance for the selected customer.

This includes:

  • Report Name

  • Schedule Date and Report Date

  • Author

  • Report Status
