List Customers by Client

The Customer List shows all client customers and provides contact, address information, and customer status (active or inactive). The customer list allows users to edit, clone, or create customers under this menu.


Log into Aliquot: Open the Aliquot Software Application.

  1. Hover over "Customers"

  2. Select “Customer List” to display all Customers associated with your organization

Clone Customer and Create Customer options are available for easier management of new accounts.

Creating a Customer

  1. Click "Create Customer"

  2. Enter the customer's name, address, and time zone.

    1. Note: The other information is not required.

  3. Click "Save Customer"


Customer List displays client customers by name, ID, and account #.

  • Can filter by Active/In-Active status on the left.

Active/Inactive Customer, Contact List, Delete Customer, Edit Customer

  • Active Customer

  • Inactive Customer

  • Customer Contact List

  • Delete Customer

  • Edit Customer


Editing a Customer

  • All of a customer's information can be edited including name, account number, address, phone number, status, etc.

  • Users with access to this customer can be edited as well

    • Clicking this icon will move from "Users without Access" over to "Users with Access"

  • Ensure you click "Save" after making any changes



Customer Window

  • Click on a customer to view address, analytics, and report schedules in the Customer Window

  • Options to call the customer or view their location on a map

  • Track Final Reports and Draft Report information by customer

  • View a customer's report history
