Customer Dashboard - All Users

The Customer Dashboard lets you view, create, update, and edit your customer information.

  1. Launch Aliquot: Log into Aliquot using the browser of your choice.

    • We recommend Chrome, Edge, or Safari for the best compatibility.

  1. Customers: Navigate to the "Customers" section at the top of the screen.


Customer List

Click on Customer List

  • Lists all client customers

    • Visually easy to see ID, Name, and number of Accounts

  • Provides contact and address information

  • Shows active status

  • Edit, clone, or create customers here.

Customer Controllers

Click on Customer Controllers

  • Lists all customer controllers under the client.

  • Edit or create controllers here.

  • Review relevant information, such as: connection type, component information, and manufacturer.

Customer Contacts

Click on Customer Contacts

  • Displays names, emails, and phone numbers of customer contacts

  • Change the customer contact list by selecting a different customer under "Filter Contacts"

  • Search for specific contacts using the search box

Customer Schedules

Click on Customer Schedules

  • Set schedules for reports to be done for systems

  • Filter by Year, Month, Service Met, Manger and Service rep

  • Shows In progress and Service Met status

Click on a customer to setup a schedule

  • Set responsible parties

  • Set service on months

  • Can change User access
