Issue: Aliquot app not bringing up reports.
Troubleshooting:
Verify device (model) and app version.
Verify APS Support could log in with the user's credentials and could select reports.
Verify the correct permissions are set
Resolution:
Clear the app cache and credentials from the main menu. This should log the user out automatically if there is no stored cache.
If the issue persists, log out of the app, delete it from the device, and then power the device off and back on.
Reinstall the latest version of the app, log in, and clear the cache again. If not logged out, repeat the process
After logging in, select "Refresh Data" from the menu to ensure all reports sync properly.
For ongoing optimal performance, log out daily, clear the cache weekly, and restart the device regularly.
