This article provides information on how to Reset your password in Aliquot with ease. A password recovery feature is available that sends a secure email containing a magic link to your designated aliquot email address.
On the Aliquot desktop version or Mobile Web browser Login Screen , there is an option for password retrieval at the bottom of the page where we have the Forgot your password statement.
Simply click on the blue hyperlink that says "Click here to retrieve it"
Enter the unique email address associated with your Aliquot account (Please note that you can only use the email address designated on your Aliquot user account )
Click "Send Reset Link"
-A notification will appear confirming that a secure email with instructions has been sent to the email address linked to your Aliquot account.
Please note: If you do not receive the password reset email, there is a minute countdown before you can request the email to be resent.
Kindly follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
Open the password reset email and click on the magic link. This will open a new browser window and direct you to the Aliquot Reset Password screen.
-Please note that the magic link will expire after 1 hour
Enter your new permanent password meeting the minimum requirements, which will be indicated with green checkmarks when correctly fulfilled. Confirm your new password.
Click Update Password
This will log you into the Aliquot Site.
Having Trouble Logging In
-Please note that if you enter an incorrect password twice, Aliquot will display a 'having trouble logging in' notification to indicate the unsuccessful attempt. You may either follow the password reset instructions provided above or attempt again.
First Time Login
When logging in for the first time, users will need to reset their password.
The first step is to select the Reset password option on the main login page.
This notification informs you that only your unique email address is required to log in, not your UserID. It also provides options to either reset your password or try entering your credentials again.

Having Trouble? Reset Cache : You can use this option when the aliquot site is not loading correctly or appears visually broken. Please be aware that clearing the cache will delete any saved offline reports or offline systems, so you will need to download them again afterward.
Changing your password when Signed in
You can also update your password when you are signed into Aliquot.
On the Aliquot Dashboard Page, Click on your profile Icon on the upper right corner of the page.
-Click on Edit My Profile
-Select the "Change Password" option
-Input your new password , Click ''Save'' and "Save profile"
