How to clear cache on the mobile app for Aliquot Pro

When generating reports in the Aliquot Pro app, you may notice discrepancies between the app and the web version. In some cases, the handoff between the app and the web platform is interrupted, resulting in issues with reports. A common fix for these issues is clearing the app cache on your mobile device.


  1. Open the Aliquot Pro app on your device

  2. Clear cache in the app

    1. Open the three-line menu in the app.

    2. Select "Clear Cache."

    3. If you do not have stored cache, this action should automatically log you out.

  3. Check Logout Status

    1. If the app does not log you out, the issue persists. Continue with the next steps.

  4. Remove and Reinstall the App

    1. Log out of Aliquot Pro from the main menu.

    2. Delete the app from your device.

    3. Reboot your device (power it off and back on).

    4. Reinstall the app from the app store.

  5. Clear Cache Again

    1. Log into the app.

    2. Clear the cache once more. This should log you out.

    3. If it still doesn't log you out, restart from Step 1.

  6. Refresh Data

    1. After successfully logging out and back in, go to the menu and select "Refresh Data."
