When generating reports in the Aliquot Pro app, you may notice discrepancies between the app and the web version. In some cases, the handoff between the app and the web platform is interrupted, resulting in issues with reports. A common fix for these issues is clearing the app cache on your mobile device.
Open the Aliquot Pro app on your device
Clear cache in the app
Check Logout Status
If the app does not log you out, the issue persists. Continue with the next steps.
Remove and Reinstall the App
Clear Cache Again
Log into the app.
Clear the cache once more. This should log you out.
If it still doesn't log you out, restart from Step 1.
