We recommend Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari for the best compatibility.

Reports are created with data from components at the system layer. This screen will be blank until the Report Location is filtered to the system layer.
Start filling out Report Location on the left.

In this example we can adjust Report Date, Onsite Time, and the Signature.
Reports will look wildly different based on systems, components, and which report template was selected.
Save as Draft or Save as Final
Drafts are a work in progress. You can modify a Draft with no revision history. You can even delete a Draft report.
Final reports cannot be deleted. You can still edit and modify the Final Report (Aliquot will maintain the revision history for Final reports).
Save as Draft or Final Report takes you to the report list screen
To get to this page directly in the future to review your draft or final report, you can go to Reports at the top banner and select Report List
If you Save as a Draft and want to get to it later:
Filter the Report List to edit a Draft Report
The report list can be filtered to show draft reports by clicking the "Open "Drafts" option on the left side of the screen.
Draft reports can be further filtered by selecting a customer, facility, building, and system in the hierarchy selection.
Other options for finding a draft report are filtering by date and by report type in the dropdowns and using the search bar at the top of the list.
Choosing clear filters will set all filters back to default selections and clear the hierarchy.
Edit Draft Report
Once you have found your draft, simply click on the report to open the editor.
Be sure to save your progress once you have finished any edits.
