Aliquot's system meters for inventory let you monitor and measure usage and consumption. You can create system meters tailored to your specific needs, including alerts.
Accessing: System Meters
Log into Aliquot: Open the Aliquot Software Application.
Navigate to Inventory: Go to the Inventory section.
Select “System Meters”: Click on the “System Meters” option to display all system meters set up.
Clicking System Meters lists out current customer system meters.
Each meter will be listed out, with customer name and system repeated for each system meter under them.
Location is where the inventory is kept onsite for the system meter.
Max daily Total is the amount permissible to use each day.
Unit of Measurement
Max Daily Total limits the use of inventory used by day. Customize this for what you need. Some examples:
Example A: Chemicals dangerous at higher levels may need specific dilution levels.
Example B: Overuse may clog a system.
Example C: Adding in more supplies may have less impact (diminishing returns) and require different steps.
Example D: System may not be able to handle so much volume.
Create Meter
To create a meter, fill out the Select a System filter until Create Meter is accessible.
List out the Location/Description (required)- where is it located?
List the Max Average Daily Use (required)
Select Unit of Measurement (required)
Add users that should get alarms and notification.
