Report Phrases help Field Reps save time on writing reports. Shared phrases are available to everyone. Personal Phrase option allows people to create their own. Field Reps play a key role in organizing phrases and data for the customer.
Accessing the Report Phrases Section:
Log into Aliquot: Open the Aliquot Software Application.
Navigate to Reports: Go to the Report Section.
Select “Report Phrases”: Click on the “Report Phrases” option to display all available phrases.
Managing Your Report Phrases:
Type of Report Phrase: Determines the list of phrases shown.
Report Category: Dictates when the phrase will be used.
Types of Report Phrases:
Shared Phrases:
Can be seen by everyone in the client organization.
Filter by Type auto-selects Shared phrases.
These phrases were made at creation for general use.
Personal phrases:
Will only be visible to the user that created them.
Customizable for specific needs, saving time.
Should follow a similar pattern and language as Shared Report phrases for consistency.
Define the Report category when creating.
To create a Report Phrase, go to Create Report Phrase on the top right.
Report Phrase Categories:
Created templates appear under Report Type, with the option to add new ones.
Common categories:
Opening: At the beginning of the report.
General: Throughout the report.
Closing: At the end of the report.
You can create more than just these three to enhance your workflow with Aliquot.
Using Report Phrases:
Open Report: Create a new report or open a draft report
Note: If creating a new report, ensure report template selected has a comment section.
Click Report Phrases: Once the report has been opened, click on the "Report Phrases" button.
Choose Phrase: Select which phrase you would like to add to the report by clicking on it and then pressing "Add to Report".
Edit Phrase: If needed, edit the text of the report phrase to fit your specific needs.
