Managing Files

Attachment Manager lets you quickly navigate through any attachments or files submitted by a customer.

An attachment is any file or document submitted. The formats can be PDFs, DOCs, JPGs, etc.

Navigating to Attachment Manager

Log into Aliquot: Open the Aliquot Software Application.

  1. Navigate to Reports: Go to the Reports section.

  2. Select “Attachment Manger”: Click on the “Attachment Manager”

Attachment Manager takes you to the Attachments List screen. Customer attachments will list out here:

Attachments listed out will have their Name, Author, Timestamp, and file size listed:

The Attachments List will narrow down as you filter by the Facility, Building, and System layer.

Clicking Create Attachments takes you to a screen where you can upload the file. Hit Save Attachment to submit or press Cancel to undo all changes.
