Navigating List Using Attachment Folders, Filtering Attachments

  • Filter using the Attachment Folders section to move through layers.

  • Then, apply Filter Attachments to narrow results by Customer, Facility, or Building

Example:

In this scenario, we used Filter Attachments to drill down to the Building layer. Then, using Attachment Folders, we jumped back up to the Facility layer.

If you need an attachment at the Customer layer, simply click the Customer tab under Attachment Folders.

What if you need a system attachment for the APS building submitted two weeks ago, but you don’t remember its name?

  • Fill out the Building layer under Filter Attachments to narrow results to APS Building.

  • Then, go to the APS Building list and look for the attachment name and the timestamp to find it.

Create Attachment

  1. Before creating an attachment, select the layer at which you would like it to be on (Customer, Building, etc.).
