How to set up and create Water & Deposit Lab Reports

The Lab Reports feature provides a way for your internal lab to document results, create reports, and retain results in a cloud-based environment

Note: Test types for use in a Lab Report are determined when creating the test type. If you would like that test available for a Lab Report, make sure you select a choice from the Assign Lab Test selector.

Water & Deposit Lab Reports

Getting started

  • On the top-level navigation go to the Reports section and click on the Test Types feature

  • On the Test Types List page you can create or edit a test type

  • From the edit page you enable the test type to be used for Lab Water or Lab Deposit tests

  • From the Test Type list page, click the three dots on the right side of the page.

  • Click Order Water or Order Deposit to change the test order that shows on the report and close the window when you are done.

Creating a Water or Deposit Lab Report

  • Click New Report in the top right of any page

  • Select Lab report type and choose Water or Deposit Lab Report

  • Click Create Report after you have reviewed the Summary Options

  • In the report you can also update report options by clicking the arrow to the far right of Report Options

  • The blue header has a drop-down option to choose system components

  • You can enter alphanumeric results into any of the entry boxes

    NOTE: There are no range types represented on Lab Reports

  • When you are finished, click Save as Draft or Save as Final

  • After saving as Final you can view a pdf of the report and send it out
