Coupon Lab Reports
Getting started
On the top-level navigation go to the Reports section and click on the Coupon Types feature
On the List Coupon Types page, you can add or edit a Coupon type
On the edit page you can set a description, density, and surface area.
Note, these are needed for the corrosion rate calculation to run
Finally, you can set the ranges for the color change of the final result
From the Coupon list page you can toggle to inactive a coupon, delete a coupon or edit a coupon
Creating a Coupon Lab Report
Click New Report in the top right
Select Lab report type and choose Coupon Lab Report
Click Create Report when you are ready to create the report
In the report you can update report options
The blue header has a drop-down option to choose system components
Select a coupon type you wish to interact with
Select a System Type (Open or Closed)
Enter a Coupon Number, Position, Initial Weight, Final Weight, Date In, and Date Out
Note, the weight loss, date exposure, and Corrosion Rate are all calculated values
When you are ready, click save as draft or final
After saving as final you can view a pdf of the report and send it out
