Offline Reporting

Offline Reporting works on all supported devices using Aliquot.

  1. Login online at least one time. After this you will be able to log into the same device while offline.

  1. Open the Organization tab and select Manage Systems.

  1. Use the Filter Organization to select the systems you want to interact with

4. Tap on the download button to download the system to the device.

  • An empty cloud with a down arrow means the system has not been downloaded

  • A solid blue cloud with a checkbox means the system has been downloaded

  • The spinning circle is shown while the system is being downloaded

After the download is finished you will see a green success message

  1. Going offline you will notice the red wifi icon at the top with a slash indicating you are offline.

The menu is also now limited to editing draft reports and creating new reports on the available offline systems.

  1. When creating a report select the system and template you want to create the same way you would online. Select create report when you are ready to create the report

Notice the Report Number is negative until it syncs to the server. The date and time stamp uses your device at the time of clicking create.

  1. In the report you can enter notes, test values, and more.

  • Report Phrases are available offline

  • Last 3 results are available offline

  • Images in comments are NOT available at this time

  • Attachments at the bottom of the report are supported while offline

  1. Once you have entered your report data, save as draft or final. If you are still offline the pending sync cloud will show grey with an up arrow.

Once online a syncing icon will show where the offline icon was.

Note, draft reports can be saved and reopened offline. Final reports are not available to view offline.

Coming back online you will be able to view a final report
