Aliquot Post-Migration: 1st Login

First steps after Migrating to Aliquot from eSr

This article is to help guide you on the transition from eService Reports to the new Aliquot platform. In this article we will go through first steps in Aliquot to get new users in for the first time.


First Login:

When logging in for the first time User will need to perform a password reset. The first option to do is the Forgot password option on the main login page.


After clicking on, "Click here to retrieve it" it will take the user to the next page where user will enter the email address for their account and hit the Submit button to have a email reset sent.


After hitting the submit button it will take the user to the previous screen with a green banner saying the email was successfully sent.

User will receive an email from donotreply@aliquot.live with new temporary login information.

User will go back to Aliquot enter the email address and the temporary password. This will now take the user to password reset screen. User will enter the temporary password from the email into the current password section. The enter the desired password the user wants in the password section and confirm it by typing it again in confirm password section. Then hit submit.


After submitting new password user will be taken to the Aliquot dashboard with a green banner saying Saved successfully.




Password not able to be changed by user:

In the event of a user not being able to complete the steps above to reset password and login to Aliquot, the next step would be to reach out to an Admin of user's company. Admins have the ability to reset any user's password.


If an Admin is not available or in the rare case, they are unable to do so you would need to reach out to Aliquot support. To reach support user can email Support@AliquotApp.com or call the support line 888-455-6641 for assistance.



Resetting Password from within Aliquot:

If a user needs to reset password from within Aliquot one can do so by clicking on the profile button in the top right of the dashboard.


After Clicking the profile icon the user will see a new menu pop up. At the bottom of the menu user will see the edit profile button at the bottom of the menu. Once the user clicked the edit profile button a new menu will appear.

The next menu will be the My Profile page. In the top right hand corner user will see Change Password button. Click that button to continue to the next menu.


The final menu will pop up that will have user enter their new password and confirm by typing it again. Then click Save to complete the proccess.
