Apple iOS Mobile Browser: Creating & Submitting a Report:

Aliquot Mobile Web Browser offers a wide range of options to customize reports according to your specific needs, along with features designed to accelerate the report creation process.

Report Creation

  • Launch Mobile Browser : Log into Aliquot using the mobile browser of your choice.

  • New Report : Reports can be created by tapping on the ( + ) button at any time. A system must be selected along with a report type to create a report.

Under Page Filters for Report Location, Start filling out the hierarchy layers (Customer, Facility, Building and System) for your report

The Apply Filter button applies all selected filters to the current page and closes the filter drop down

Under Report Type

  1. Check what form of report you want : Service, Operator or Visit

  2. Use the drop down to choose a report template.

Under Report Header

  • Add a Report Title- This is a required field*

  • Under the Summary Options : Toggle on or off Drive Time, On Site Time, Report Number, Include Signature, or Include Signature line

Under Inventory Settings

Input your Inventory Settings and Options. Select whether you want to enable Meters, Inventory, or both on the report. (Note: Meters and/or Inventory must be set up before entering Inventory data on a report.)


Under Layout Settings

This settings determines how many components are displayed per section ranging from 2,4,6, & 8 components(Default is 4 components)

Under Report Components

Modify Report Components if needed by toggling the Component to Enabled or Disabled to indicate if the Component is on online. This can also be done for individual components as needed

Hit "Create Report"

  1. In this example, the report options section allows you to modify the Report Date, Drive Time, Onsite Time, and Report Number if they were initially omitted.

  2. Reports will vary significantly depending on the systems, components involved, and the chosen report template

  • Save as Draft or Save as Final

  1. Drafts are a work in progress. You can modify a Draft with no revision history. You can delete a Draft report.

  2. Final reports cannot be deleted. You can still edit and modify the Final Report (Aliquot will maintain the revision history for Final reports).

  • Selecting Save as Draft , Final or Save Final and capture signature option will redirect you to the report list screen.

To access this page directly in the future to review your draft or final report, simply click on Reports Icon on the dashboard home page


If you save your work as a draft and wish to access it later:

  • Filter the Report List under Page Filters and click on apply filter to edit a Draft Report

  • The report list can be filtered to show draft reports by clicking the "Open Drafts" option

  • Draft reports can be further filtered by selecting a customer, facility, building, and system in the hierarchy selection under filter organization.

  • You can also locate a draft report by using the date and report type filters in the dropdown menus, as well as the search bar located at the bottom of the page.

Edit Draft Report

  1. After locating your draft, simply click on the report to open the editor.

  2. Please remember to save your progress after completing any edits.

Cancel - Leaves the report without saving

PDF - Preview pdf of the current report

Save icon - Save draft of the report

Blue PDF - Save as final

Signature Icon - Save final and capture signature
