This article provides information on how to Reset your password in Aliquot with ease. There is a feature available for password recovery that generates a secure temporary password in your designated aliquot email address
On the Aliquot desktop version or Mobile Web browser Login Screen , there is an option for password retrieval at the bottom of the page where we have the Forgot your password statement.
Simply click on the blue hyperlink that says "Click here to retrieve it"
Enter the unique email address associated with your Aliquot account (Please note that you can only use the email address designated on your Aliquot user account, an incorrect email will show an error )
This will show a green confirmation pop-up at the top of the page confirming that a temporary password has been emailed to the email address entered.
Kindly follow the instructions in the email to reset you password
Copy the temporary password in the email ( this is a long string of characters for added security) and navigate back to the Aliquot login screen.
Input your email address and the new temporary password as shown below
Click Login to account
-This will trigger the display of the final page for resetting your password, where you can enter the temporary password again and set your new permanent password twice.
-Click Submit to login
Changing your password when Signed in
You can also update your password when you are signed into Aliquot.
On the Aliquot Dashboard Page, Click on your profile Icon on the upper right corner of the page.
Click on Edit My Profile
Select the "Change Password" option
Input your new password and ''Save''
