IN APP MESSAGING FEATURE IN ALIQUOT

The In-App Message function allows you to conveniently reach out to us with just one click whenever you encounter any issues or need additional guidance. This feature is designed to provide you with quick and easy access to our support team without having to leave the Aliquot Platform. Whether you have questions, need assistance troubleshooting a problem, or want more information about our services, simply use the In-App Message option, and one of our team members will respond promptly to help resolve your concerns.

We’re committed to ensuring you have a smooth and positive experience, and this tool is here to make getting support as effortless as possible.

Accessing The In -App Message Feature:

Navigate to the Upper right corner of the Dashboard page and Click on the bubble icon which represents the In-app messaging feature

This will launch the In-app messaging Chat Box which shows :

  • The most recent ticket created with our support team

  • Send Us a Message chat box

  • Search for help

The bottom tray icons

  • Home Icon : This navigates you back to the In -app chat home screen

  • Message Bubble : This displays all our in app updates and new features implemented in Aliquot at a glance to keep you well informed.
    - This view also has a "Send us a message" link for easy communication

  • Ticket Icon : This view displays all the help desk tickets you have with us along with their corresponding status like resolved , ticket submitted, bug resolved etc.

  • Help Icon : This has all the helpful articles and resources which includes video illustrations. You can search key words here to display the related contents.


SENDING AN IN-APP MESSAGE

Click on "Send us a message"

This will bring up the Chat box with various help topics to choose from

  • Select the help option required from the list - This will automatically create a ticket to our support team


  • In the message field, please include all the pertinent details of the issue or inquiry. Include screenshots, screen recording and other helpful details to provide context and click the "Send arrow button"

You are able to upload attachments and use voice to text function in the message field for easy information sharing with our team.

A member of our support team will respond to your ticket promptly, typically within 20 minutes or less.
